Promotion of the company in the DATAEXPORT magazine and welcome as a new AGEXPORT partner

5. Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document of the legal representative

6. Filling out the online form for approval as a new AGEXPORT member.

The documents required for the Exporter Code application depends on the type of company. You must scan supporting documents: a section in the application requests attaching them in PDF format; each document must not be larger than 4 megabytes. The necessary documents according to the type of company are:

Sociedad Anónima:

    - Trade Registry registration

    - Trade Registry registration

    - Appointment of Representative registered in the Mercantile Registry

    - Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document or equivalent of the legal representative.

    - Copy of canceled invoice or printing order authorized by the Superintendence of Tax Administration

    - Registration Format for Authorized Signatures RE-F-005.

Sor an individual businessperson:

    - Trade Registry registration

    - Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document or equivalent of the legal representative.

    - Copy of canceled invoice or printing order authorized by the Superintendence of Tax Administration

    - Registration Form of Authorized Signatures RE-F-005

Government organization:

    - Tax exemption issued by the Superintendence of Tax Administration.

    - Permission from the Ministry of the Interior for its operation

    - Appointment of the legal representative

    - Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document or equivalent of the legal representative.

    - Copy of canceled invoice or printing order authorized by the Superintendence of Tax Administration

    - Registration Form for Authorized Signatures RE-F-005

School:

    - Tax exemption issued by the Superintendence of Tax Administration.

    - Permission from the Ministry of Education

Simple Limited Partnership:

At the end of the online process through the platform www.seadex.export.com.gt/, you will enter a review stage that takes is two to three hours. Prior to approval, an official will contact you to confirm that your exporter code has been created and you must pay Q 92.00 to activate it.
