Nacional and international partnerships
The Contact Center & BPO Sector has important partnerships with the Government of Guatemala and international cooperation stakeholders, with whom it works hand in hand to improve the skills of Guatemalan workers and make the workforce more competitive in the labor market. These skills include English language customer support and technology.
