2. Unified Tax Registry (RTU) of the company.

3. Water or electricity receipt.

4. Appointment of the representative registered in the Mercantile Registry.

5. Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document of the legal representative.

6. Fill out the online form for approval as a new AGEXPORT associate.

The documents required for the Exporter Code application depend on the type of company. You must scan the supporting documents since in one of the sections of the application it is requested to attach them in PDF format, each document must not be larger than 4 megabytes. The necessary documents according to the type of company are:

Anonymous society:

    - Commercial patent.

    – Company patent.

    – Appointment of Representative registered in the Mercantile Registry.

    – Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document or equivalent of the legal representative.

    – Voided invoice or authorized printing order by the Tax Administration Superintendence.

    – Registration Form of Authorized Signatures RE-F-005.

Single person:

    - Commercial patent.

    – Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document or equivalent of the legal representative.

    – Voided invoice or authorized printing order by the Tax Administration Superintendence.

    – Registration Form of Authorized Signatures RE-F-005

Government organization:

    – Tax exemption issued by the Superintendence of Tax Administration.

    – Permission from the Ministry of the Interior for its operation.

    – Appointment of the legal representative.

    – Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document or equivalent of the legal representative.

    – Voided invoice or authorized printing order by the Tax Administration Superintendence.

    – RE-F-005 Authorized Signatures registration form.

School:

    – Tax exemption issued by the Superintendence of Tax Administration.

    – Permission Ministry of Education.

    – Appointment of the legal representative.

    – Photocopy of the Personal Identification Document or equivalent of the legal representative.

Church:

    – Appointment of legal representative.

Non-Governmental Organization (NGO):

    – Government permit for the operation of the NGO.

    – Tax Exemption before the Superintendency of Tax Administration.

At the end of the online process through the platform www.seadex.export.com.gt/, you will enter a review state, the time that the management takes is two to three hours. Prior to approval, they contact you to indicate that your exporter code has been created and you must make a deposit of Q 92.00 to activate it.
